Since their introduction in 1976, formal inspections have had a highly positive impact on the maturity of the software process and on the quality of the software products of numerous companies world-wide. A large body of evidence has established the fact that formal inspections are the most cost effective and easiest measure that can be put in place to make an immediate positive impact on any organization involved in software development.
Who should attend?This one day intensive seminar is designed for practitioners involved with the specification, the development or the procurement of software products and their artifacts. Since the bulk of the seminar consists in a real inspection of real company products, attendees must be prepared to contribute their expertise to the review of one of the following documents:
