The first day consists in the SEI "PSP for executives" seminar. Senior management attendance on the first day is strongly encouraed to foster management team commitment. The course includes 8 lectures and 7 exercises covering the following topics:

Introduction to Team Software Process (TSP)

PSP planning principles (size, time, and resources estimating)

PSP quality techniques (reviews, managing for quality)
